These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://aashaanimals.org/ (the “Site”) operated by Asha Charitable Trust. By accessing the Site or making a donation, you agree to these Terms.

2. Donations

  • All donations are voluntary and non-transferable.
  • Donations are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
  • You confirm that any funds you donate are from lawful sources owned by you.
  • Asha Charitable Trust reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any donation at its discretion (for example, when a donor cannot be verified).
  • 80G tax-exemption certificates are issued only to Indian residents who provide a valid PAN. Issuance is governed by Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

3. Use of Donation Funds

Donations are used for the charitable objectives of Asha Charitable Trust, primarily the welfare of animals (with a focus on dogs). While we strive to apply your donation toward the cause you select, we reserve the right to allocate funds to programmes of greatest need.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, videos, logos, graphics — is the property of Asha Charitable Trust or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or republish content without our written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (e.g. Razorpay, WhatsApp, YouTube). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Asha Charitable Trust does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Asha Charitable Trust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or donation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office.
